OPTION #1:
DP2A SPONSORS

As a DP2A Sponsor, you will play a direct role in supporting innovative performance arts programming in Metropolitan Detroit. We will promote you as a partner to our Passport holders, as an organization that supports similar goals, ideals, and priorities as the DP2A membership. In return for your financial generosity, DP2A provides an array of benefits designed to help you market your business to this growing community. As the season progresses, your business will establish recognition with our Passport holders, and become a fixture in the minds of these cultural supporters!

OPTION #2:
IN-KIND DONATIONS

Included with each of the six performances on the DP2A series is a complimentary social event, designed to engage Passport holders with featured themes and art from the evening.

Six events, each having refreshments, entertainment, guest speakers, educators, and/or performers!

This is a time-consuming and resource-expensive undertaking. Your assistance is critical to ensure we are able to include these events as a portion of the programming. We believe this is an important component to the value of the Passport, and allows us to continue to engage our membership, and develop the foundational relationships necessary to precede engaging them in a more substantial capacity.

In-Kind Donations in These areas are warmly welcomed:

  • Refreshments & Hors d’oeuvres
    • Cheeses, Pizza, Small Plates, etc.
    • Desserts, Coffee, etc.
  • Wine, beer, liquor or other alcoholic beverages
  • Venue space for events off-site from the performance
  • Seating / Tables /
    Decorations / Sound equipment
  • Entertainment / Musicians / Performers
  • Event staff / Servers / Wine-pourers, etc
  • Other goods/services related to event theme

In-kind donors are entitled to a variety of benefits. Depending on the estimated value of the donation, benefits may include one or more of the following:

  • Click-through logo on event sponsorship emails
  • Click-through website logo
  • Business summary included on printed materials associated with event (programs, handouts, etc.)
  • May offer special promotion to Passport holders
  • Signage at sponsored event
  • May raffle item at sponsored event

OPTION #3:
DP2A BUSINESS PARTNER"Casual Cause" Partner

Hosting a "Casual Cause" day at your workplace is a great way to create visibility for DP2A with minimal monetary investment. DP2A provides the "Casual Cause" passes for your employee’s purchase. Each pass entitles the purchaser to a day of casual office attire.
Passes may be configured to sell for as little as $5. The result is office-wide support for the local arts and culture community.

A slightly simpler approach using donation jars in company departments, would support the most generous department with their own, department-wide casual day!

  • Raise $100
    • Receive Listing as a partner on DP2A’s website
  • Raise $250
    • In addition to above, receive a click-through logo on 1 DP2A email
  • Raise $500
    • In addition to above, recieve logo visibility on event print & emails
    • Click-through logo on the DP2A website
    • Verbal recognition at event of choice

OPTION #4:
DP2A MARKETING PARTNER

Promote DP2A to your constituents, and receive organizational visibility in return. This is a good approach for non-profit and service organizations.

Market DP2A Through Your Organization

  • Include DP2A w/your organization’s regular email-blasts from 7/2010-10/2010
  • Allow DP2A to place marketing materials or fliers out at your events pre-season
  • Invite DP2A Leadership to speak at some of your events (where appropriate)
  • Include DP2A logo & 1-2 lines of overview on your website with a click-through link
  • Work w/DP2A leaders to market & promote DP2A to your organization.
