OPTION #2: IN-KIND DONATIONS
Included with each of the six performances on the DP2A series is a complimentary social event, designed to further engage Passport holders with the featured themes and art form of the evening. That is six events, each of which will include refreshments, entertainment, and guest speakers, educators, or performers! It’s no small task. Your generosity will help DP2A offset the considerable cost of putting on these events, while helping us put our best face forward with events of the highest quality for our patrons.
Donations of the following would be greatly appreciated:
• Refreshments (hors d’oeuvres, cheesessmall plates, pizza, desserts, coffee, etc.)
• Wine or beer
• Venue space (for those events which do not occur on-site at the performance)
• Seating (chairs/tables)
• Sound equipment
• Entertainment (musicians/performers)
• Decorations
• Event staff (servers, wine-pourers, etc.)
• Other goods/services that relate to the theme of the evening
In-kind donors will be entitled to a variety of benefits, depending on the size and estimated value of the donation. Benefits may include:
• Click-through logo on all email correspondence related to the event of your choice
• Click-through logo included on the DP2A website
• Information about your business included on printed materials associated with the event (programs, handouts, etc.)
• Opportunity to provide special offers/incentives to Passport holders
• Signage recognizing your business at the event to which you are donating
• Opportunity to raffle off an item or service at the event to which you are donating
OPTION #3: DP2A BUSINESS PARTNER
“Casual for a Cause” Partner
Hosting a “Casual for a Cause” day at your workplace is a great way for your business to support DP2A with minimal investment from any one individual. DP2A will provide you with “Casual for a Cause” passes that your coworkers can purchase, entitling them to a day of casual dress in the office. The passes can be sold for as little as $5, and everyone in the office can take pride in supporting local arts and culture.
Want to simplify things? Place donation jars in each of your company’s departments. Whichever department raises the most donations gets a department-wide casual day!
Raise $100, and your business will receive:
Listing as a partner on DP2A’s website
Raise $250, and you will receive, in addition to the above:
A click-through business logo on one DP2A email correspondence;
Raise $500 or more, and you will receive, in addition to the above:
Your company’s logo on printed and web correspondence associated with the event of your choice
Verbal recognition at the event of your choice
Click-through logo on the DP2A website
OPTION #4: DP2A MARKETING PARTNER
Promote DP2A to your constituents, and receive promotion for your organization in return.
Ideal for non-profit and service organizations.
MARKETING NEEDED FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION OR COMPANY:
Include DP2A on your organization’s regular email-blasts pre-season (August – September in 2009 and July – September 2010);
Allow DP2A to place marketing materials or fliers out at your events pre-season;
Invite DP2A Steering Committee member to speak at some of your events where speaking is appropriate;
Include the DP2A logo and 1-2 lines of text on your organization’s website with a click-through link; and
Continue to help DP2A leaders think creatively about other ways to market and cross-promote with your organization.
MARKETING OF YOUR ORGANIZATION OR BUSINESS PROVIDED BY DP2A:
Listing as a partner on DP2A’s website with a logo, 1-2 line description and website link;
Your logo and organizational description included on Email correspondences associated with one event of your choice in 09-10;
Verbal recognition at the event of your choice;
An opportunity to distribute materials at DP2A social events throughout the year; and
Inclusion on one “DP2A Marketing Partners” Email blast sent out approximately mid-year that describes in more detail the partner organizations and business that help support DP2A. A logo, description and photo (your choice) will be included for each partner.
