Detroit Passport to the Arts provides an introduction to the Detroit arts and cultural scene for people 45 & under. A passport provides access to up to six performances, including visual art, opera, symphony, theatre, film and chamber music, followed by an opportunity to mix and mingle with passport holders and artists.

Wasserman’s latest exhibition, Space Between Time, sets the scene for
a strolling performance celebrating creativity and collaboration across
musical genres. Traditional British folksongs are reinvented through the
different imaginations of a folk singer, a classical cello/piano duo, a jazz
ensemble and an electronic musician.

Artists include Paul Watkins, Marcus Elliot, Becky Billock, piano,Carrie Shephard of The Whiskey Charmers, Michael Malis and SuperDre.

Join the DP2A Board or a DP2A Committee. We are looking for future or current members who are excited to bring DP2A to the next level, while receiving some irreplaceable professional experience on the arts-administrative side! Thanks to all the Passport Holders who participated in season seven of Detroit Passport to the Arts!

Another season of DP2A came to a close this past weekend at our last destination, Michigan Opera Theatre’s production of Mozart’s The Magic Flute, followed by a fantastic after-party at the Boll Family YMCA.

We are grateful and excited to continue to participate in building the next generation of Detroit art supporters, alongside our fabulous DP2A Passport Holders!
